SHIPPING POLICY

Madras Brew ships freshly roasted coffee across India.

1. Processing time
Our coffee is roasted in small batches. Orders are packed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment. If a restock or high demand delays your dispatch, we will email you.

2. Delivery areas
We currently deliver within India only.

3. Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

4. Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders of 500 g or more. For orders below 500 g, the shipping charge is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

5. Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also contact us with your order number.

6. Incorrect address
Please check your address before placing the order. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the pack and the outer box. We will replace it or refund you, as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Delays
Delays caused by couriers, weather or public holidays are outside our control, but we will help you track your parcel.
